Decaf that you'd drink even if you didn't have to.

Decaf usually tastes bad for two reasons: cheap beans, and solvents. We fixed both. This is Mandhelingo from Sumatra, semi-washed at 1,200-1,600 meters, decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process, which uses only water and carbon and never touches a chemical solvent. Then we roast it medium-dark, the same as we would if the caffeine were still in it.

What you get is heavy and dark chocolatey with the earthy, herbal edge Indonesian coffee is known for. Low acidity, full body, nothing hollow about it. Have it after dinner. Have it at 9pm.

Good if you like: Sumatran coffee, dark chocolate, or you've given up on decaf entirely.

Flavor Profile: Dark Chocolate · Full Body · Smooth

Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate and earthy herbs with a smooth, rich body and a clean low-acid finish.

Brew it: French press or drip. The body is the whole point, so don't over-filter it.
