Huehuetenango and Antigua sit at opposite ends of Guatemala and get blended together here for a reason. Antigua brings the chocolate and the body. Huehue, grown higher and colder, brings the plum and apple acidity that keeps the sweetness from turning flat. The washed processing means you taste the altitude rather than the fruit skin.
This is the most layered cup in the lineup that still behaves like normal coffee. Roasted light-medium so the maple sweetness stays sweet instead of going toasty. If you drink your coffee black and you're bored, this is the one worth $26.95.
