Ethiopia Prime is the one to try if you enjoy fruit-forward coffee. Berry and stone-fruit notes meet bright citrus, floral aromas and a wine-like finish in this light-medium roast from Sidama.
The coffee cherries are dried whole on raised beds. Try it black as a pour-over to explore its fruity character.
Brewing: Try pour-over or Chemex, starting with 1 g of coffee for every 16 g of water. For cold brew, choose whole bean and grind coarse.
